Job Description

As a Candidate Consultant, you'll be the heartbeat of our talent operations-connecting top-tier candidates with exciting opportunities and helping them navigate their career journey. You'll work closely with Recruitment Consultants to source, screen, and engage exceptional individuals across various sectors.

Job Responsibility

Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct interviews and screening calls to assess qualifications and career aspirations
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across key sectors
Support candidates through the entire recruitment process, including CV feedback and interview prep
Maintain accurate records using CRM and applicant tracking systems
Collaborate with the wider team to match candidates to active vacancies
Promote the agency's brand and values across candidate touchpoints
Right to Work checks for all candidates

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment or a strong desire to build a career in talent acquisition
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Confident, people-oriented, and eager to build relationships
Tech-savvy with familiarity in job platforms and CRM tools
Driven and resilient with a solutions-focused mindset
