Commercial experience as a Java Developer for 3+ years
Strong proficiency with Java 11+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (process modeling, orchestration, and integration)
Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider (GCP/Azure)
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment
Solid understanding of microservice architecture and REST-based communication
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Job Responsibility

Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Camunda BPMN
Modeling, implementing, and optimizing business workflows using Camunda BPMN and DMN
Designing and implementing scalable, microservice-based architectures with RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication
Integrating Camunda processes into distributed systems and ensuring high performance and reliability
Writing and optimizing SQL/NoSQL queries to support complex data operations
Participating in code reviews, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior developers
Collaborating closely with architects, DevOps, and QA engineers to ensure high delivery quality
Taking initiative in improving processes, automation, and code quality standards
