Job Description

This long-term contract position offers a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, support recruitment efforts, and foster smooth onboarding processes for new hires. The role is ideal for HR professionals with a passion for engaging with students and academic institutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and nurture relationships with university stakeholders to enhance company visibility and participation in academic initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to address recruitment needs, including launching and supporting campus hiring campaigns
  • Oversee the full campus recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate evaluations, and conducting HR interviews
  • Facilitate pre-joining activities and ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new hires from campus programs
  • Conduct regular visits to universities to strengthen partnerships and promote the company’s brand
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and campus representatives to align recruitment strategies and goals
  • Drive outreach efforts to attract high-potential candidates and enhance company branding within academic communities
  • Support graduate and trainee hires by coordinating onboarding processes alongside integration teams
  • Monitor and report on campus hiring trends to optimize recruitment strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or campus recruitment roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and university stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles, including candidate evaluation and onboarding
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR administration
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations
  • Willingness to travel to universities 2–3 times per month for outreach and partnership activities

Experience working within HIPAA-regulated environments is a plus
