Job Responsibility

Working with transportation leadership to maintain optimal service levels in the field
Managing crowd control and traffic flow in interior campus parking lots during peak shuttle operations
Interfacing directly with Boeing employees, clients, and customers to ensure positive transportation experiences
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain operational efficiency
Escalating incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues to transportation leadership
Working collaboratively with Transportation Customer Service Leads on each shift
Conducting field inspections and maintaining service quality standards
Adapting to changing operational needs across different shift requirements

Review and provide feedback on the program schedule
Review students medical, dietary and learning accommodations
Attend staff trainings including anaphylaxis training for administering EpiPens and may be required to participate in first aid training
Review program schedule and itinerary and logistics tab on program document to ensure all logistics, such as transportation and entrance tickets are confirmed
Attend training with Finance team to review program spending and reconciliation of program expenses
