Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm based in New York City, is seeking a temp-to-perm Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support its Campus Recruiting team. This individual will support a lean, high-performing team and play a critical role in executing the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including undergraduate, graduate, summer, and full-time programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is eager to grow within campus recruiting over time.

  • Play a critical role in executing the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including undergraduate, graduate, summer, and full-time programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Financial services or professional services experience preferred
  • must be comfortable in a fast-paced, banking environment
  • 1+ year of post-grad experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, or administrative support (strong internships may be considered)
  • Experience scheduling interviews, coordinating high-volume recruiting activity, and supporting interview days or Super Days
  • Exposure to or experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including updating candidate data and tracking feedback
  • Experience organizing events, managing logistics, or supporting campus recruiting initiatives preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
