Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm based in New York City, is seeking a temp-to-perm Campus Recruiting Coordinator to support its Campus Recruiting team. This individual will support a lean, high-performing team and play a critical role in executing the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including undergraduate, graduate, summer, and full-time programs. Job Responsibility:
Support the Campus Recruiting team
Play a critical role in executing the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including undergraduate, graduate, summer, and full-time programs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Financial services or professional services experience preferred
must be comfortable in a fast-paced, banking environment
1+ year of post-grad experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, or administrative support (strong internships may be considered)
Experience scheduling interviews, coordinating high-volume recruiting activity, and supporting interview days or Super Days
Exposure to or experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including updating candidate data and tracking feedback
