Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing and securing top talent for our organization. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our hiring strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract high-caliber talent from universities and colleges
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure successful placements
  • Maintain and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment operations
  • Build and sustain relationships with academic institutions to enhance campus recruitment efforts
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide actionable insights for improving recruitment outcomes
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company brand
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related policies and regulations
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and challenges

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including campus recruitment
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience building partnerships with academic institutions is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
