We are seeking a motivated intern to provide support on project-related activities and assist with non-complex customer requests. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in project coordination, documentation, and customer support within a professional environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist project team with coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks
Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations as required
Handle routine customer requests and provide timely follow-up
Support data entry, record keeping, and file management
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project and service delivery
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Management, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and programmer skills are an advantage
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
