Job Description

As our Campus & Early Career Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our young talent strategy, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, entry-level, and junior positions across all departments. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce while ensuring an exceptional candidate and intern experience. You will also contribute to our employer branding efforts, helping shape how we present ourselves to talent—both through engaging events and strategic content initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the recruitment process for young talent (interns, entry-level, and junior roles) across all departments
  • Coordinate and manage two intern recruiters per recruitment cycle, overseeing the hiring around 100 interns annually
  • Own the onboarding, training, and development journey for all interns in our 'Best Internship in Retail' program, while supporting their managers throughout the process
  • Plan and host all BIIR events
  • Be the first HR point-of-contact for all interns and their managers for their questions and concerns
  • Continuously innovating the 'Best Internship in Retail' (BIIR) program to better align with intern learning and development needs
  • Manage the BIIR Ambassador Program to continuously improve the internship experience using feedback from a small designated group of interns each internship round
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs for the internship roles in our HQ NL
  • Maintain and grow relationships with MBO, HBO, and university coordinators to secure internship placements and drive collaboration
  • Participating in campus events, school visits and support with company visits from schools
  • Being the lead for our Online Presence project group by owning the content strategy for external employer branding outings
  • Managing the Hunkemöller LinkedIn page
  • Being responsible for review websites and job boards
  • Organizing employer branding photoshoots to create compelling employer branding content

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience in recruitment in a consultancy or corporate role
  • Strong interest in attracting and developing early career talent
  • experience as a Campus Recruiter is a big plus
  • Experience with stakeholder management and educational partnerships
  • Skilled in project coordination and content creation for employer branding
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
  • Strong project management skills with a proactive and organized approach
  • Strong event organization skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing processes
  • Acts as a brand ambassador, confidently representing the company at university fairs and school events
  • Has a personality that is enthusiastic, open-minded, pro-active, a go getter, team mindset focused & loves to interact with a lot people every day
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
