Job Responsibility

Strategically aligning customer and facility needs into the Facilities Management Operations and Budgeting process while fulﬁlling the tenets of the Master Plan
Building strong rapport with campus customers and stakeholders
Mid-to-Long-Range planning for individual facilities and designated areas of campus
Assists in organizing and developing projects and standards for capital project programming and planning in Facilities Management
Key areas of responsibility include campus/facility master planning, long-range facility planning, development of concepts in response to capital program priorities, programming and feasibility studies for major renovation and new construction projects
