We are seeking a dedicated Campus Doctor to oversee the health and wellbeing of our school community. The Campus Doctor will provide medical care and guidance to students and staff, respond to emergencies, promote preventive health initiatives, and ensure compliance with school health and safety standards.
Job Responsibility
Provide first-line medical care and assessment for students and staff during the school day
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and accidents on campus
Monitor students with chronic medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and oversee medication protocols in accordance with school policies
Coordinate with parents, healthcare providers, and school leadership regarding student health matters
Conduct health screenings and wellness assessments when required
Provide health education and promote preventive care initiatives within the school community
Support the implementation of safeguarding, child protection, and wellbeing procedures
Requirements
Medical Degree (MD) with valid professional license to practice in Mexico
Current professional registration and credentials in good standing
Experience in pediatrics, family medicine, emergency medicine, occupational health, or school health services preferred
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
