Job Description:

We are currently looking for a part-time Campus Community Assistant Intern to join our Campus Management Team from March 2026 for 3 months. This will be an unpaid internship. The opportunity: To deliver a friendly, efficient front desk and administrative service for BSBI, providing administrative support to staff in the School and a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all BSBI community and guests at all times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Covering the front desk during operation hours
  • Be the first point of contact for staff enquiries and provide support
  • Check and respond to the team’s shared inbox
  • Greet and assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information about university services, facilities, and events
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, external services, events and equipment
  • Building a good working knowledge of all departments across the campus to ensure good communication levels between the members of the community/guests to provide a smooth and efficient service
  • Verifying access for all students, guests and staff onto the premises as per Campus rules, ensuring there is strictly no breach of security policies or procedures
  • Assisting and managing contractors and deliveries by communicating with the relevant staff and ensuring assistance where necessary
  • Maintaining a high standard in personal appearance and demeanor
  • Working on campus tasks together with the Campus Manager and the rest of the team and actively improving the operational aspect of the team and campus
  • Providing general administrative support to staff, senior management and academics, as required
  • Assisting with moving and arranging furniture setup in classrooms, offices and common rooms when needed, e.g. for events or move supply deliveries
