Job Responsibility

Lead the campground cleaning team
maintain standard levels of presentation in public areas and campground of the resort and its facilities
identify areas that require intermittent attention and ensure this is actioned
ensure Public Area staff attend to the daily operational requirements of the department in a timely and efficient manner
ensure the presentation standards of Public Areas and facilities are maintained to the expected high standard
monitor, review and where required assist develop standard operating procedures in line with company requirements to ensure efficient workplace practice

Negotiate collaboration formats, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs with creators, ensuring clear expectations and mutual value
Manage onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer-led content campaigns aligned with editorial and social growth strategies
Work closely with editorial, video, social media and marketing to ensure influencer content is on-brand, timely, and optimized for each platform
Define content scopes, creative guidelines, and delivery schedules for influencer collaborations
Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis
Track and analyze performance of influencer collaborations using KPIs such as video views, reach, follower growth, engagement, and impressions
Use data and insights to continuously optimize influencer strategies and recommend improvements
