Job Description:

The Campground Attendant maintains the Signal Mountain Campground campsites and provides exceptional customer service to all campground and lodge guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect campsites for permits, reservations and NPS regulations
  • Educate park visitors on campground and NPS rules and regulations
  • Assist with cleaning of comfort stations and campground facilities
  • Aid maintenance department with needed repairs in campground
  • Drive company vehicle to and from main lodge property for administrative functions as needed
  • Walk the campground and enforce all regulations including but not limited to pet regulations, teasing/feeding wild animals, cutting down live vegetation, and noise

Requirements:

  • Must possess valid US drivers license
  • Customer service experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment in variable weather conditions

Nice to have:

Previous campground or reservations experience preferred
