Job Description

The Campaigns Manager will work closely with the Head of Communications and Campaigns by managing the planning and execution of high-impact public campaigns for UK & Ireland 2028 Limited that inspire excitement, participation and connection with communities. The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and activating campaigns that demonstrate the benefits of hosting the Tournament, including community-focused programmes, promoting Host Cities as fan and visitor-friendly destinations and showcasing the best of the UK and Ireland. The role will be responsible for turning strategic objectives into audience-centred campaign plans, assets and activations that deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and delivery of the UK & Ireland 2028 campaign programme in line with tournament objectives, event positioning, stakeholder priorities and UEFA requirements
  • Manage overall campaign delivery and public engagement moments
  • Work closely with the Impact & Sustainability team to support the campaign development and promotion of the largest-ever UEFA EURO Community Programme
  • Manage the development of campaign assets and promotional materials across relevant channels and formats

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and delivering high-impact campaigns within a high-profile organisation or agency
  • Strong campaign planning skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into effective, audience-led delivery
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders
  • Experience delivering public engagement, marketing or community-facing campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, supplier management and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
