Entertainment / Media Brand seeking a detail-oriented Campaign QA Analyst with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience to join their team for a six month contract to support campaign testing, journey validation, and deployment QA across complex CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with marketing operations, CRM, analytics, and campaign teams to ensure accuracy, functionality, and performance across customer journeys and campaign executions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on SFMC expertise, strong SQL skills, and a deep understanding of campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and post-launch validation within fast-paced marketing environments.
Job Responsibility
Review and validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and campaign configurations against business and campaign requirements
Perform end-to-end QA testing for email, SMS, push notifications, audience segmentation, triggered campaigns, and dynamic personalization
Validate audience targeting logic, suppression lists, exclusions, and campaign outputs using SQL queries
Conduct pre-launch and post-launch QA, including deployment checks, audience counts, delivery validation, and performance verification
Investigate and troubleshoot campaign execution issues, reporting discrepancies, and data flow inconsistencies
Create and maintain QA documentation, testing procedures, validation checklists, and issue tracking logs
Build and maintain operational reporting and campaign validation dashboards using BI and reporting tools
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, CRM, MarTech, Data, and Channel Marketing teams to support campaign accuracy and execution
Contribute to ongoing process improvements related to marketing automation QA and deployment workflows
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Strong understanding of SFMC Journeys, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and campaign workflows
Advanced SQL skills with the ability to validate datasets, segmentation logic, and campaign results
Experience performing QA for lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation campaigns
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Familiarity with Monte Carlo or similar data observability tools
Experience with Tableau or other BI/reporting platforms
Background supporting enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs
Understanding of customer data architecture and marketing data flows
