Job Description

As a Campaign Project Lead in the eCom Experience team, you will be working at the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Business. You will oversee all Experience projects and initiatives across the site & CRM on a global, regional, and local level with the goal of creating the best experience of the brand and generating business value.

Job Responsibility

  • Translating experience, brand, and Commercial strategies into clear briefs, execution plans, timelines and overseeing end-to-end execution
  • Prioritise ad-hoc initiatives that might arise and make sure it fits into the overall roadmap
  • Acting as a key liaison between strategic planning, Brand teams, Regional teams, Product launch team, Commercial teams, and the internal design agency to execute across the website and CRM
  • Lead and maintain the eCom Experience roadmap, project board and calendar
  • Ensure that the site & CRM experience are fully compliant with brand standards, best-in-class and cohesive across all touchpoints and delivered on schedule
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align needs, predict dependencies, and proactively find and resolve bottlenecks
  • Review performance to find opportunities for optimisation, improvements to workflows, processes, and planning to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing creative projects, leading experience-design or campaign projects
  • background in ecommerce or marketing preferred
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving results across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the consumer journey from a 360-degree perspective, combining technical and creative insight
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, and other technology tools
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
