The Campaign Program Manager will support the execution and day-to-day management of integrated marketing campaigns tied to high-visibility, global brand initiatives. This role sits within a cross-channel marketing organization and will focus on driving alignment across creative, media, and business teams to deliver cohesive, customer-led campaigns at scale. You will partner closely with Campaign Managers and creative teams to manage end-to-end workflows across concept development, production, localization, and delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the execution of small to mid-scale campaigns and support larger, more complex global initiatives
Drive day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are maintained
Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to oversee creative development and production workflows
Coordinate asset development and delivery across multiple channels including video, digital, social, print, and broadcast
Facilitate campaign alignment meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder updates with senior leadership and global partners
Track campaign progress across teams and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation paths
Support multi-country campaign execution by collaborating with regional partners on localization and transcreation efforts
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and resource planning across campaigns
Improve and implement scalable processes and workflows to drive operational efficiency
Ensure consistency with global brand messaging and creative direction throughout the campaign lifecycle
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or creative program/project management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience working within cross-functional marketing teams
Experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns including video, digital, social, print, OOH, and broadcast
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Experience supporting global or multi-country campaigns, including localization or transcreation
Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems
Understanding of creative production processes, including motion graphics and post-production workflows
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across complex, fast-moving projects
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across regions and functions
