Job Description

Your role as Campaign Performance Manager: In line with an 18-month campaign calendar, provide strategic insight on campaign performance which informs quarterly / 6 monthly plan reviews. Consolidate and analyse data from various channels (digital, social, email, customer and traditional media) and evaluate individual campaign performance across brands / formats – capture performance vs brief, business case, market etc. Review campaign performance vs group objectives / KPIs and alignment with individual campaign KPIs (alignment between Marketing strategy map and front line performance). Use performance data to provide actionable insights and make brand led recommendations which inform future campaign design and execution specifically improving brand health, ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels and tactics to drive stronger campaign performance. Benchmark divisional performance against brands / other divisions, sharing best practices and learnings across the group. Evaluate the effectiveness of propositions e.g. new dishes / menus / pricing based on financial, customer and marketing performance data. As a Campaign Performance Manager you will provide robust data analysis and insight into campaign performance (propositions, brand & integrated marketing) making recommendations which drive informed decision making for our Green King Pubs Brands.

Requirements

  • Previous Data analysis and insight experience
  • Ability to distil complex performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to consolidate large volumes of data into succinct stories
  • Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and exceptional collaboration skills are imperative in this role
  • Experience using Excel to an advanced level
  • Previous experience using Google Analytics and Power BI would be advantageous

  • Review campaign builds within Ad platforms and monitor media campaigns to ensure metrics are met (Budget, Pacing, Optimizations, KPIs) to achieve targeted results and maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure budgets are pacing effectively and tactics are being optimized towards relevant objectives and KPIs
  • Provide optimization recommendations by analyzing data, reports and tracking performance that will drive awareness, create opportunities, engagements and conversions, thus meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Operate QA of campaign setup across channels to ensure correct campaign setup for ultimate success
