This hybrid role is based out of London Bridge / Hybrid where we adopt a flexible office and home working model. We are looking for an ambitious marketer to join our Global Marketing team as a Campaign Marketing Executive. In this role you will support the team in ideating, planning, coordinating, and activating campaigns that drive customer and prospect engagement and generate demand for products and services. Candidates that are self-driven, well organized, deeply-curious, and have a passion for great marketing will excel in this role. You will work to hit your KPIs and targets, while leveraging relationships with an established, driven, and supportive team. As a Campaign Marketing Executive you will report into the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager and will support the team in ideating, planning, and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive lead nurture, engagement, and qualification to sale. You will collaborate with the wider marketing department to meet the team’s targets using a range of paid and organic digital marketing channels.
Job Responsibility:
Work with the Global Marketing Team to develop and coordinate global and localized campaign activity across channels including, but not limited to the website, webinars, videos, and email marketing
Ideate, propose, and manage campaigns to support new business pipeline and feature adoption
Draft descriptive creative briefs to hand to copywriters and designers
Become an expert on the Dotdigital marketing automation platform
Implement lead nurture campaigns to turn leads into pipeline and engaged customers
Manage, segment our marketing database and report on data via the CRM
Recommend testing and optimization techniques to improve results of all activity
Contribute to wider marketing activity
Ensure the brand is respected in all communications and brand messaging is consistent
Liaise with international teammates to ensure efficiencies
Report on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations to improve performance
Feed insight and results back to the Global Marketing Team and field marketing teams in a timely manner
Continually seek to ways to improve the quality of our marketing data
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or a similar relevant field
Approximately 2 years experience in B2B marketing with understanding of the customer journey from prospecting, opportunity, all the way through to contract renewal
Understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and landing page best practices and legal considerations
The ability to demonstrate end-to-end marketing campaign activation
A track record for continual conversion rate optimization
A willingness to be hands-on and proactive in driving campaign results
