We are looking for a Campaign Lead (New Verticals) to spearhead growth through greenfield B2B partnerships. This professional-level role focuses on building mutually beneficial value exchanges and executing commercially aligned marketing plans to capture new market segments.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic GTM Development: Lead the Go-To-Market development for strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue
Commercial Execution: Develop and execute partnership marketing plans focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth
Value Exchange Management: Negotiate and manage value exchange agreements that drive mutual benefit
Performance Tracking: Analyze partnership metrics, including ROI, lead generation, and conversion rates, to ensure continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with sales, product, and executive leadership to align partnership outcomes with broader goals
Requirements:
7+ years in partnership or growth marketing with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes
Strong understanding of marketing principles (customer insights, CX, CRM, Web) and proficiency in high-level data and ROI analysis
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a focus on building long-term interpersonal relationships
A Bachelor of Commerce/Business (Marketing) or similar qualification
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B2C, Automotive, or Banking industries is highly desirable
