We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-savvy Campaign Manager who is passionate about using analytics and insight to shape and deliver effective marketing campaigns. You will bring a solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into action with pace and attention to detail. A keen interest in technology and AI, combined with learning agility, will enable you to adapt and grow in a fast-moving environment. You will be a collaborative team player, able to work independently when needed and confidently engage with colleagues across time zones to help deliver shared goals.
Job Responsibility
Management of the overall Marketing plan, making recommendations on phasing and orchestration across channels & audiences
Development & management of the quarterly marketing planning process, including budgets, forecasts & and input / socialisation with key stakeholders
Provide a key interface with commercial stakeholders, translating problems / opportunities & demand into marketing briefs & campaign plans
Partner with the commercial and product teams to provide marketing transparency on timings & marketing outcomes
Own the marketing agency relationship, managing their workflow and performance
Deliver the quarterly marketing performance reviews (with input from the senior leads) helping stakeholders understand performance & insights
Manage the test, learn and optimise approach for marketing deliverables, embedding a results driven culture
Provide support to the events team, identifying & managing the content required for the events as well as the post-event campaigns
Embed the brand within our activity, driving a consistent narrative for Alter Domus
Deliver branded & commercial marketing activity across all channels – looking for opportunities to leverage new channels / approaches
Requirements
Data and analytics led to make data-driven decisions
Consultative approach to think strategically and deliver results at pace
Passion for technology, and interested in AI with learning agility to get up to speed on new and different topics
Strong and demonstrable campaign project management experience
Strong campaign management skills and experience delivering marketing through a range of channels (Activations / Social / Press / AV)
Strong creative skills and ability to work with partners to create category leading marketing activity
Ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously, providing structure and transparency for delivery timelines
A flexible approach to projects, able to work across multiple channels and pivot priorities quickly based on business outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organisation
Experience managing 3rd party agencies to ensure we maximise their potential
Proven experience working in regulated environments – ideally Financial Services, professional services
