We are working with a leading social media and digital agency in Dubai who are looking to appoint an Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing team. This is a key role within the social division, responsible for leading and delivering influencer-led campaigns across a portfolio of regional and international clients.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, manage and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients
Develop influencer strategies aligned to client objectives and campaign KPIs
Identify, engage and manage relationships with relevant influencers across the GCC and wider MENA region
Negotiate contracts, deliverables and budgets with influencers and talent managers
Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality and brand alignment are met
Work closely with internal social, creative and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
Stay up to date with influencer trends, platforms and best practices in the region
Requirements:
Arabic speaker (essential)
Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within a social media, digital or creative agency
Strong understanding of the GCC influencer and creator landscape
