Job Description:

Atlassian is seeking a Campaign Manager/Strategist to develop SMB flywheel strategies and campaign plans enhancing self-service customer journeys for Atlassian solutions, collaborating with stakeholders in Performance Marketing and Product Marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns targeting new prospects and customer opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the onboarding and activation strategy for prospects engaging through both paid and free product trials
  • comprehend both general and unique messaging, as well as value propositions that facilitate a buyer’s journey
  • analyze the 'Jobs to be Done' for targeted products and identify the various channels through which customers may engage with the product
  • measure and analyze data and metrics related to product messaging and performance against targets to uncover product signals and optimize onboarding activities
  • collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive selling strategy and distribution plans that facilitate upselling, seat expansion, and cross-selling initiatives
  • design a communications strategy that aligns with objectives through effective messaging, timing, sequencing, personalization, and behavioral triggers
  • create and implement a customer journey that spans from awareness to purchase
  • utilize internal and customer research to enhance existing programs and develop new initiatives
  • partner with key stakeholders to create, deliver, and optimize low-touch programming for customers with an employee size of 101 to 999
  • collaborate with non-digital teams to develop additional channels that support business objectives
  • coordinate across all teams to orchestrate campaigns that deliver cohesive, omnichannel programs
  • develop campaign plans and work cross-functionally with Operations, Design, Marketing Analytics, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation strategists for execution
  • assess the impact of campaign performance across various channels and assets in relation to funnel engagement and business outcomes
  • follow operational processes across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution
  • support the work of internal cross-functional partners and external marketing agencies by coordinating campaign execution, communication, and operations
  • identify improvement opportunities based on program performance to drive business metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both oral and written communication, with a strong foundation in marketing principles
  • possesses problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, large enterprise environment characterized by evolving variables and limited oversight
  • demonstrates strategic thinking and organizational planning capabilities
  • familiarity with marketing technology platforms, including Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce
  • knowledge of fundamental enterprise funnel metrics such as MQL, SQL, and pipeline management
  • a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience/training is required
  • a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary, preferably with some background in a mid to large enterprise setting.
