Job Description

We’re currently partnering with a fast-growing, high-performance B2B lead generation business looking to hire an experienced Campaign Manager to take ownership of key client campaigns. You will support the Sales Director in this newly created role. This is very much a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be responsible for campaign delivery, client success, and leading a team of Telemarketers to consistently hit and exceed targets.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage campaigns end-to-end, from onboarding through to delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and ROI
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of BDCs in a remote environment
  • Drive performance through 1:1s, call listening and structured feedback
  • Monitor campaign data, lead quality and overall performance
  • Create and manage campaign documentation and reporting
  • Step in to generate leads and appointments when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales/lead generation team – we are also open to someone who has worked for a marketing agency managing clients etc.
  • Experience working with client overseeing their campaigns
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results and client outcomes
  • Confident, organised and articulate
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
  • Comfortable using tools/AI to improve performance
