Job Description

We're looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Integrated Marketing team in Melbourne. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Campaign Manager (and broader senior stakeholders) to help shape and deliver standout content campaigns—working across theatrical, on‑platform and in‑home windows, and collaborating with media and creative agencies to execute best‑in‑class go‑to‑market activity.

Job Responsibility

  • Support delivery of integrated campaigns across theatrical, on-platform and in-home windows to maximise performance
  • Contribute to local strategy, creative positioning and campaign planning
  • Build commercial acumen, supporting P&L development and revenue optimisation
  • Champion titles across the business, developing strong product knowledge and stakeholder engagement
  • Create compelling campaign materials, including presentations and marketing assets
  • Support in-home planning, including business cases, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration (Disney+, Sales, Trade Marketing)
  • Assist in executing campaigns locally using global insights and local market data
  • Work with media and creative agencies to brief, develop and deliver campaigns
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Marketing/Entertainment experience (3+ years)
  • Experience in briefing or booking paid media
  • Proven ability to develop marketing processes using strategic analysis and frameworks
  • Solid experience in initiating and advocating cross-functional and cross-business projects, including assembling resources, defining project plan and key deliverables, obtaining buy-in and driving projects to successful completion
  • Solid experience in online social marketing and digital landscape
  • Exposure to budget management and cost control
  • Open to & efficient in admin support tasks for marketing team
