Job Responsibility

  • Participating in the definition and implementation of programmatic campaigns and projects in France
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring campaign activities (citizen mobilization, advocacy, partnerships)
  • Ensuring the smooth operational implementation of campaigns: coordinating meetings, reporting, and preparing materials and presentations
  • Working closely with the communications, fundraising, and international teams
  • Contributing to the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project performance indicators
  • Conducting research and monitoring developments related to animal welfare issues
  • Writing, translating, and adapting campaign content (French/English)
  • Carrying out certain administrative tasks related to projects

Requirements

  • A degree in project management, political science, international relations, law, or an equivalent field
  • Initial experience in project or campaign management, ideally within the non-profit sector
  • Knowledge of animal welfare issues, and ideally issues related to farm animals
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Full proficiency in French, in writing, speaking and reading, and an advanced level of English
  • Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility, and initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for animal welfare and QUATRE PATTES vision and mission
