Job Description

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “Campaign Analyst” to be part of our successful Campaigns team. You have a challenging mission to support Nova’s commercial strategy through data analysis and KPI monitoring, supporting business decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate the produced results and take actions in order to promote the commercial strategy of Nova
  • Connect data streams from multiple systems and create a repository of knowledge across valuable metrics related to market, sales, products, delivery, and operations
  • Participate in the design and monitor of Key Performance Indicators
  • Contribute to data projects aiming to support business decisions & processes
  • Build, develop, and maintain performance dashboards for sales teams supporting performance management and contribute to decision-making processes
  • Prepare targets according to commercial guidelines and cascade to sales

Requirements

  • BSc in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience in a role with strong numeracy and data/business analysis skills
  • Solid communication skills both in written form and oral interaction with stakeholders of both business and technical backgrounds
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Access
  • Hands-on experience with MS Power BI and SPSS Modeler
  • desired familiarization with SQL databases
  • Previous experience in telecom, utilities, or banking sector will be considered an asset
  • Drive, adaptability, and a passion for achieving results

Nice to have

Knowledge in SQL/SPSS Modeler would be appreciated
