Campaign Analyst to join one of nation's leading financial institutions. The Campaign Analyst will manage data analytics supporting the development of credit card segmented offer strategies for existing accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Execute data programming to analyze profitable prospect segments using credit card behavior, demographics, credit risk, and internal/external data
Lead marketing campaign testing and offer design
partner with management to implement a test-and-learn strategy that drives card usage and retention across the cardholder lifecycle
Collaborate with management to evaluate and optimize strategies for profitable card portfolio growth
Enhance vendor and internal statistical models
build independent spend engagement models and scorecards for credit card analytics, covering retention, risk-adjusted pricing, and acquisition targeting
Design, test, and monitor quantitative models
support independent validation per governance standards
Build advanced queries and partner with vendors to identify underperforming segments
deliver analytics to optimize offers and campaign performance
Evaluate credit card campaign performance across all customer touchpoints, including digital, mail, mobile, and branch channels
Create financial and profitability models by risk segment and product
partner with management to build account-level P&L for portfolio growth
Translate analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for key stakeholders
Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, and business teams to ensure accurate, streamlined reporting
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in credit card or consumer lending analytics, including marketing, statistical analysis, performance optimization, and product development within financial services
3+ years of experience in project management
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and large-scale data handling
Skilled in statistical analysis (A/B testing, regression, time-series forecasting)
Experienced in segmentation, predictive and financial modeling, and advanced analytics tools
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related quantitative field is required
Nice to have:
Snowflake experience preferred
Preferred experience in statistical model development, validation, and performance monitoring
Proficiency with data warehousing and business intelligence tools preferred
