DO YOU LOVE FITNESS, COACHING, INSTRUCTING CLASSES, WORKING WITH KIDS AND AMAZING PEOPLE!?! Are you looking for a job JUST on the weekends? Maybe you want to just do camp coaching? During school year breaks or summer camps? We got you! At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids and children. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches and instructors! KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Run classes on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings
  • Run classes on weekends starting around 8 AM through lunchtime
  • Opportunities include: camps, parents night out, field trips, and more

Requirements

  • Experience in fitness & coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
  • Experience talking to and educating parents on our child development curriculum
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter that just gets a job done
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Nice to have

  • Fitness or coaching background
  • Experience coaching and instructing children ages 12mo-8 years old
  • Pediatric OT/PT experience
