Malta Air, part of Ryanair Group is currently recruiting for a CAMO Engineer to join Europe's largest airline group. Job Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with the Maintenance Programme
Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Directives
Assist with the review of modifications/repairs and non-mandatory service documentation
Ensure that maintenance is planned and performed as necessary
Ensure aircraft defects are correctly and efficiently managed
Assist in the upkeep of Malta Air CAME, procedures, Maintenance Programme and MEL
Ensure that Maintenance Records are maintained and archived as required
Review and follow up of Safety Reports
Participate in Management of Change and Safety Risk Assessments
Assist with audit, SAFA/SACA/ACAM findings and incidents etc. follow up
Active control over the tasks performed by the subcontractor
Interface with Maltese regulators and ensure any local requirements are complied with in addition to EASA regulations
Compilation of periodic reports for submission to the Chief Engineer
Any other duties as may be reasonably directed by the Chief Engineer/Deputy
Requirements:
Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Avionic Engineering Degree or EASA Aircraft Maintenance License
Experience working in an airline in a CAMO, Technical, Compliance Monitoring or Maintenance role is an advantage
Understanding of EASA Part CAMO, Part M and Part 145 regulations
Understanding of aircraft continuing airworthiness management, aircraft maintenance, aircraft records and technical publications (ADs, SBs, AMM etc.)
Professional knowledge of English language both written and spoken
Knowledge of Human Factor and Safety Management principles
Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft is an advantage
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in multi-tasking situations and to deliver results to tight timelines
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
Nice to have:
Experience working in an airline in a CAMO, Technical, Compliance Monitoring or Maintenance role
Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft
