We are recruiting a Call Services Agent to join a friendly team of 7 based in a relaxed working environment. You will be handling calls, and the role is suitable for someone who prefers a more back of house customer service interaction. You will be part of the Rapport team but will be based at our client's offices in Camberley. The client is a prestigious global investment bank.
Job Responsibility:
Booking meeting rooms
Ensuring that all calls are being answered in timely manner
Responding to emails on booking meeting rooms and anything related to our room reservation
Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
Provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
Great telephone etiquette
Enjoy working in a team
Excellent attention to detail and general admin skills
