Job Description

We are recruiting a Call Services Agent to join a friendly team of 7 based in a relaxed working environment. You will be handling calls, and the role is suitable for someone who prefers a more back of house customer service interaction. You will be part of the Rapport team but will be based at our client's offices in Camberley. The client is a prestigious global investment bank.

Job Responsibility

  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Ensuring that all calls are being answered in timely manner
  • Responding to emails on booking meeting rooms and anything related to our room reservation
  • Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
  • Provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Great telephone etiquette
