Join a globally renowned construction tool company located in Pemulwuy, known for supplying premium construction tools across the world. Known for its supportive culture and collaborative team, this business is seeking a proactive Call Centre Rep to make a real impact. As the Call Centre Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Customer Service Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to customers. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job Responsibility

  • Resolve product issues by proactively contacting customers
  • Coordinate free, in-store exchanges for faulty products
  • Deliver exceptional service on all customer product inquiries
  • Manage customer data and coordinate appointment bookings
  • Execute accurate data entry and general admin tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Call Centre, Contact Centre or Customer Service role
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
