Job Responsibility
Handling high-volume inbound emergency calls across Australia and connecting them quickly to the required emergency organization
Ensuring 100% quality and data accuracy on every single connection to embed a high standard of service
Strictly adhering to operational policies, procedures, and structured response systems
Treating every vulnerable caller with a deeply empathetic, patient, and consistent approach
Managing your own work performance to meet set objectives while actively engaging in ongoing coaching, QA calibration, and development sessions
Requirements
Previous Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Retail or Hospitality experience
A proven ability to remain calm, focused, and methodical under pressure
Good basic computer skills with the ability to listen, type accurate notes, and cross-reference information quickly
Strong spelling and a strong fundamental knowledge of Australian states, territories, and cities
Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week (8 hours), Monday - Sunday
Hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid full-time working rights
Successfully pass a National Criminal History Check
Successfully pass a pre-employment hearing test
