Job Description:

Randstad is partnering with a large Local Government Department for a 3-month temporary contract position as a Call Centre Operator. The position involves providing high-level customer service with duties including answering inbound calls, updating databases, handling confidential information, and occasional cash handling.

Job Responsibility:

Answering inbound calls
Updating and maintaining databases
Handling customer data and information with confidentiality
Cash handling when needed

Requirements:

Customer service experience within a call center environment
Ability to provide a high level of customer service
Comfortable in lively, fast-paced environments
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate various systems efficiently
Must be available to start immediately
Must possess a current National Police Check
