Job Description:

On offer is a 6 month contract with full time hours within a prominent State Government department. This customer service role will see you liaising with customers through inbound calls to provide support and assistance.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a high level of customer service
Interact with customers and provide support for general enquiries
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Answer general enquiries and support with complaints
Assist with payment queries including payment of invoices or payment plans
Navigate through multiple screens and programs whilst being on the phone
Undertake information and records management processes, updates and reviews

Requirements:

Available to start within 1 week
A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months is MANDATORY to be considered for this role
