They are seeking a professional Call Centre Operator to join their team in Kingsgrove, NSW. This role is essential for coordinating maintenance services for social housing initiatives, serving as the critical communication link between contacts and maintenance service providers.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to and manage incoming calls and emails regarding the status of maintenance work orders
Liaise with and follow up with tradespersons and contractors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Operate and maintain Work Management Systems (WMS) for logging interactions, updating work order statuses, and tracking progress
Work consistently to meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators for resolution and response efficiency
Requirements:
Demonstrated professional experience in a customer service or contact centre setting
Proven ability to achieve and sustain performance targets and KPIs
Strong administrative capabilities, including meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data entry, and effective documentation management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a structured and varied shift roster
