We’re currently looking for a Call Centre Consultant to join a busy, well-established operation supporting customers through the vehicle repair and insurance process. This is an inbound role only, no sales, no cold calling, just helping customers, answering questions, and making sure they feel informed and supported. About the role: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who have experienced vehicle damage and need guidance on what happens next. It’s a role where good communication really matters, people are often unsure of the process, so you’ll be there to explain things clearly and keep everything moving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering inbound calls and general customer enquiries
  • Booking customers in for damage assessments
  • Explaining the repair and insurance process step-by-step
  • Providing updates and following up with customers
  • Logging calls and keeping records up to date
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience

Requirements:

  • Secondary School/High School
  • Friendly and approachable on the phone
  • Clear and confident when communicating
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Genuinely focused on providing a good customer experience
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Attitude and reliability are key
