The Contact Centre Agent allows Interact to provide services to our clients and customers, you will be managing inbound and outbound calls for our clients, these are sales calls providing telecommunication products and services.
Job Responsibility:
Managing inbound and outbound calls for clients
Answering calls promptly and professionally
Exceeding client sales and cross sell targets
Assisting customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing and account management
Accurately documenting customer interactions
Ensuring customer satisfaction on all calls
