Job Responsibility

Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public
Negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement

Flexible Working – 37 hours per week (over five days). 2 set shifts on a weekly rotation (8:00 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 19:00) with an early finish on Fridays. 1 in 4 contractual weekend shifts paid as overtime – Saturday shift 9:00 – 14:00pm
