As a Team Leader, your role will be to respond to customer calls/emails and make decisions to provide an exceptional experience. It is a regular full-time position located in Montreal.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer calls and/or emails
Support representatives in research and submissions
Manage the schedules of call center agents and assist the call center service manager in employee evaluations
Maintain effective communication with store managers and store representatives assigned to the call center
Coordinate the work of the team and manage priorities in submissions and other client files
