Job Description:

As a Call Center Supervisor, your primary mission is to manage, motivate, and coach a team of agents to optimize vehicle purchase volumes. You will work on-site in Laval to provide hands-on management and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise a team of call center agents on a daily basis
  • Perform regular call monitoring and provide constructive feedback (coaching)
  • Ensure compliance with acquisition procedures and high-quality customer service
  • Manage schedules, attendance, and individual performance of team members
  • Actively participate in daily operations to maximize purchase opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in call center supervision
  • Excellent communication and sales/negotiation coaching skills
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both oral and written. You will be required to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec on a regular basis
  • Availability to work a schedule that includes weekend rotations
  • Engaging leadership style and great adaptability
