Our client is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join a growing team in Horsham, PA. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, managing service-related requests, and keeping records accurate in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will support policy servicing, payment activity, and quote-related inquiries while partnering with internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer interactions related to quotes, account servicing, billing questions, and policy updates with professionalism and care
Complete account and policy changes accurately while following established procedures and service standards
Review client files, payment details, and supporting documentation to confirm information is correct and up to date
Post, track, and reconcile payment activity to help maintain accurate policy and financial records
Address service and billing concerns promptly, researching issues thoroughly and providing clear resolutions
Work closely with customer service and accounting partners to support reporting accuracy and efficient workflow management
Investigate discrepancies in customer accounts or transactions and take timely action to correct errors
Safeguard sensitive customer, policy, and financial information in accordance with company expectations and compliance requirements
Assist with additional operational and administrative duties as business needs require
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative operations preferred
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-driven environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across records, payments, and account updates
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting while staying organized
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general office tools, and customer service software
Insurance exposure, payment processing experience, or interest in collector vehicles is a plus
