We are looking for a skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team. As part of the healthcare industry, this role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service to patients and clients. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and attentive experience for everyone you assist. This is an on-site position, five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, addressing inquiries and concerns by collecting relevant information, researching solutions, and providing accurate guidance
Educate customers about available services, explaining features and benefits to help them make informed decisions
Handle escalations for complex issues, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or team member
Coordinate and manage appointments or requests according to established scheduling protocols
Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and follow-ups using designated systems
Utilize software and other tools to efficiently manage scheduling, customer requests, and communications
Navigate multi-line phone systems to efficiently handle and route calls
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service
Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling high volumes of communication across multiple channels
Support the team by assisting customers with questions, scheduling, and other needs
Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain familiarity with office equipment and systems
Requirements:
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory, with a strong background in customer service or sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Familiarity with medical software or scheduling systems is preferred
Strong understanding of office procedures and the operation of standard office equipment
Capable of managing high-volume communication across multiple channels with accuracy and attention to detail
Commitment to working onsite five days a week
Dedication to maintaining a patient-focused and detail-oriented demeanor
Nice to have:
Familiarity with medical software or scheduling systems is preferred
