Our client, a national association, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent in Washington, D.C.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults and individuals with disabilities
Provide accurate referrals to approved agencies and community programs
Recognize when a caller requires a higher level of support and escalate or transfer appropriately
Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines
Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems
Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Requirements:
1+ year of call center, customer service, or data entry experience
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
