Job Description

Our client, a national association, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join their team on a temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults and individuals with disabilities
  • Provide accurate referrals to approved agencies and community programs
  • Recognize when a caller requires a higher level of support and escalate or transfer appropriately
  • Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems
  • Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment

Requirements

  • 1+ year of call center, customer service, or data entry experience
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
