Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in engaging with agencies, managing communications, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

Reconnect with existing agencies and maintain effective communication with their representatives
Coordinate and follow up with agencies to address administrative requirements and ensure timely completion
Collaborate with internal team members to streamline communication processes
Navigate and utilize the company’s online platform to access product and coverage details
Handle special projects assigned by management and contribute to additional tasks as needed
Make outbound and inbound calls to support marketing efforts and agency engagement
Maintain accurate records and input data efficiently into relevant systems, including Salesforce
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of inquiries

Requirements:

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and documentation
Familiarity with customer service software and Salesforce platform
Strong communication skills for managing both inbound and outbound calls
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated skills in outbound marketing and customer engagement
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate online systems and tools
Team-oriented approach with a focus on collaboration and adaptability
