We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join a team in Hudson, Wisconsin in a contract-to-permanent role. This position combines customer-facing support with administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who can manage conversations effectively while keeping documentation and workflows organized. The right candidate will be comfortable handling inbound inquiries, resolving concerns with empathy, and supporting day-to-day office processes with accuracy and efficiency. This is a fast paced role where you will start remote for 1-2 months then be required to be fully on-site.
Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound calls from internal and external contacts, delivering courteous and attentive support during each interaction. 40-50 calls per day
Address customer concerns calmly and work toward practical resolutions when situations become tense or escalated
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as document handling, scanning, fax coordination, mailing, and accurate data entry
Review and complete forms and related records in designated systems while maintaining organized digital documentation
Assist with accounts receivable support by checking service authorizations for accuracy and following up to correct discrepancies
Coordinate scheduling and calendar-related activities to help maintain smooth operational workflow
Use tools such as Adobe, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel to manage records and support team processes
Follow established policies, procedures, and applicable compliance standards in all customer service and administrative activities
Requirements
Experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative coordination roles
Ability to handle dissatisfied customers professionally and apply sound judgment in resolving issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams
Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel and digital document management
Familiarity with CRM systems, electronic forms, and office tools such as Adobe and DocuSign
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities accurately
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
