We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Irmo, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inbound customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation of information. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Record and track messages using a shared spreadsheet for efficient communication
Create and maintain case files in Salesforce to ensure thorough documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and providing clear information
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of customer needs
Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while performing daily tasks
Ensure all data entered is accurate and up-to-date
Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating patience and professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic office skills, including data entry and spreadsheet management
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Ethernet and inbound call handling
