Call Center Specialist

• Handle incoming calls professionally and address inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize call center software, including Yardi, to document interactions and resolve issues
• Proactively follow up on concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication
• Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate departments for further assistance
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Defuse challenging situations with irate customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Verify and update customer information in internal databases
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support organizational growth

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including 1-2 years in a call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing tasks and documentation
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exercise good judgment
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently or as part of a team
