Provide accurate information on Fair Housing laws and Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) programs

Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively handle diverse customer needs
Monitor call center metrics using tools such as Avaya CMS to optimize performance
Apply knowledge of computer programs to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Uphold excellent service standards to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software
Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) regulations
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle varied customer interactions
Experience and Proficiency in Workday
