Job Responsibility
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information

Requirements
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call management systems

Reliable and consistent attendance with a high level of accountability
